Matthew Berlin, DO is an interventional spine and pain physician who is specialized in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Pain Medicine.
Dr. Berlin trained as an interventional physiatrist, completing a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He then completed an interventional spine medicine fellowship with the Rothman Orthopaedic Institute in Philadelphia, PA. He has had extensive training in interventional and non-interventional treatments for a variety of pain conditions, with a special focus on the back and neck.
Dr. Berlin is dedicated to addressing the individual needs of each patient and providing them with the safest and most effective treatment plan possible. His training in interventional techniques includes fluoroscopically-guided spinal and non-spinal injections.
Dr. Berlin was born in New York and grew up predominantly in Cherry Hill, NJ. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland in College Park, MD and his medical education at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Berlin enjoys traveling, weight-lifting, and spending time with his family. He is also an avid sneaker collector.
