Front Desk Medical Receptionist
Full-time Reception
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Verify insurance coverage and update patient records in EMR system.
- Collect co-pays and process payments in accordance with office policies.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and maintained accurately.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Schedule appointments and assist with making sure patients receive appropriate forms.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial.
- Strong computer and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to patient-centered service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour

OrthoNJ, LLC is required by New Jersey law to include the salary range for this role. The hiring range for this role is $16.00 – $19.00 per hour. The range for this role is typically determined by several factors, including the geography in which the selected candidate will be working, and alignment with qualifications and experience. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation (bonus, etc) and/or benefits. In addition, full-time employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vison and retirement plan.
