Full-time Physician Assistant
Office Location: Edison, NJ
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluation and treatment of patients presenting with acute musculoskeletal injuries.
- Order and interpret diagnostic X-rays and other diagnostic tests
- Perform in-office procedures such as joint injections, splinting, casting, and minor wound care.
- Dispense and properly fit DME.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with supervising physician.
- Educate patients on diagnosis and treatment options.
- Document all encounters thoroughly in the EMR.
- Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for the patients
- Comply strictly with medical care regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members of various specializations
- Adhere by all HIPAA regulations
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Physician Assistant License – NJ
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Orthopedics preferred

OrthoNJ, LLC is required by New Jersey law to include the salary range for this role. The hiring range for this role is $140,000 – $160,000. The range for this role is typically determined by several factors, including the geography in which the selected candidate will be working, and alignment with qualifications and experience. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation (bonus, etc) and/or benefits. In addition, full-time employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vison and retirement plan.
