Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon
Dr. Paul Rayward is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon. After being born and raised in New York, he attended the University of Notre Dame. While earning his undergraduate degree, he had the opportunity to work alongside the athletic department’s doctors and trainers, which further promoted his interest in sports medicine.
Dr. Rayward later earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. While enrolled, he was heavily involved in academics and student leadership. He then returned to New York to complete his surgical residency with Northwell Health in Queens and Long Island, where he ultimately served as Chief Resident.
In practice, Dr. Rayward is committed to compassionate and empathetic care for all patients, and ensuring that patients always feel heard, respected, and involved in their care. Outside of work, he enjoys remaining active and spending time with his wife and their two dogs.
