Do You Offer Walk-In Service?

Yes, no appointments are needed. Patients are able to walk into any of our locations and be seen usually much quicker than visiting the ER, which can be up to 4-6 hours in wait times. Patients can also call ahead to schedule a visit or check on wait times.

What type of orthopaedic injuries can you treat?

Our team can treat any bone, joint or muscle injuries that may be a result of sports, work or just everyday injuries. This includes sprains, strains, fractures, bone injuries and ligament injuries. In most cases, patients with orthopaedic injuries would have had to wait for hours in the ER or several weeks to get an appointment with a physician. We offer much quicker and more efficient walk-in services.
*Please note that if a fracture has punctured the skin the patient should go directly to an Emergency Room.

Can a normal Urgent Care handle my orthopaedic injury?

At most general urgent care centers, patients with orthopaedic injuries are given an x-ray, a cast or crutches and then told to see an orthopaedic specialist immediately. Our goal is to cut out the unnecessary steps in your treatment and have you treated by an orthopaedic specialist first, not a week later. We also provide on-site X-ray.

Do you provide work injury evaluations?

Yes, we treat work-related orthopaedic injuries and can assist with the necessary documentation for employers, workers' compensation claims, and return-to-work plans.

Can I get a cast, brace, or splint at your urgent care?

Yes, we can apply casts, splints, and braces as needed for certain injuries. Our team ensures you receive the right support for your recovery, and if further care is required, we can coordinate follow-up treatment.

Can you provide referrals for physical therapy if needed?

Yes, if your injury requires rehabilitation, we can refer you to our in-house physical therapy team. Our physical therapists work closely with our orthopaedic specialists to develop treatment plans that support recovery and mobility.

When should I go to the ER instead of orthopaedic urgent care?

If you have an open fracture (bone breaking through the skin), a suspected spinal injury, severe bleeding, or a life-threatening emergency, you should go directly to the ER.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Tricare, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare/Oxford Health Plans, Medicare, AmeriHealth, and more. If you have questions about coverage, call our office at 732-800-9000 for assistance.
