Jake is a board-certified physician assistant who is passionate about providing patient-centric care. He is a fellow of the Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery (PAOS) and member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds certifications in basic life support and advanced cardiac life support.

Jake is a board-certified physician assistant who is passionate about providing patient centric care. He is a fellow of the Physician Assistants in OrthopaedicSurgery (PAOS) and member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds certifications in basic life support and advanced cardiac life support.

After completing a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Chemistry, and Japanese from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, he went on to obtain a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson Broaddus University in Philippi, West Virginia. During his graduate studies he completed more than 2000 hours of clerkships in varying specialties including orthopaedic surgery, vascular surgery, general surgery, internal medicine, and emergency medicine.

Jake grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah and moved to New Jersey for the opportunity to work at Brielle Orthopaedic s. Out of the office, he is family-oriented and enjoys a variety of passions and hobbies including snowboarding, mountain biking, skateboarding, rock climbing, playing the drum set, and studying foreign languages.
