Kirsten Heine, PT, DPT

Kirsten Heine, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Peak Performance. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Rutgers University in 2024. Specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, Kirsten focuses on enhancing function and quality of life for her patients. She is dedicated to using evidence-based practices to support long-term recovery and enjoys fostering strong patient relationships through personalized treatment plans. Kirsten joined Peak Performance in September 2024, bringing her passion for rehabilitation to the team. She particularly enjoys working with athletes, as she grew up playing soccer and understands the importance of sports-specific recovery. Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys running, pilates, yoga, hiking, and spending time at the beach.
