Sarah graduated from the University of Delaware in 2015 with a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in Strength and Conditioning and became a certified personal trainer. From there, she worked as a personal trainer for a few years, then as a physical therapy aide. She went on to graduate from Seton Hall in 2022 with a MS in Physician Assistant studies.
