Sarah graduated from the University of Delaware in 2015 with a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in Strength and Conditioning and became a certified personal trainer. From there, she worked as a personal trainer for a few years, then as a physical therapy aide. She went on to graduate from Seton Hall in 2022 with a MS in Physician Assistant studies.

Sarah was born and raised on the Jersey Shore. In her free time, she is learning karate, running, and participating in Spartan Races with her husband and stepson.
